HRE Group® work upon a variety of property litigation cases across commercial and residential sectors.

HRE Group® surveyors that take on Expert Witness; Joint Expert; or Advocate positions, all hold the RICS Expert Witness Certificate in addition to being members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with extensive experience relevant to the case in question.

We can act in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) matters; at First-tier Tribunal; Upper Tribunal; and throughout the courts, with experience in County Court; Family Court; and The King's Bench Division of the High Court cases.

Areas of expertise in litigation revolve around Building Services, Lease Advisory, and Valuation matters.

HRE Group® Experts accepting instructions will set out conflicts and relevant experience to the case justifying their ability to act.  From this point they will perform survey and report in line with relevant procedure rules (FPR / CPR) and with consideration for RICS Guidance Notes. 

Thereafter, they are duty bound to manage replies and draft statements in line with Court Directions and attend hearing if necessary.  HRE Group® Experts all have experience at Court, should representations need to be made.
