To the extent provided for by applicable law, you have certain rights in respect of the management of the personal data we hold about you in line with Section 17 of the Data Protection Act.

If you wish to know the personal information that we keep about you then please email or write to us. We may request further information to prove who you are before we release this information. The information is provided free of charge though repeated requests may require us to charge a reasonable fee to provide the information.

We take steps to keep your personal information accurate. If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect then please contact us and we will update the information we have.

HRE Group LTD will respond to your request and update your information in a reasonable time frame.

Right to Erasure

When you register or complete a Contact Form on one of our websites this information is stored in a secure database on the site. If you wish for this to be deleted then please make us aware.

Deleting the online information will not remove other information that we hold about you. Please be explicit in this request in order for us to process your request.

HRE Group LTD will respond to your request and remove information in a reasonable time frame. Please note erasure is not always possible as there may be overriding regulatory and legal requirements that will prevent this.
