Our Valuation Approach
Our valuation process typically includes inspection of the property, allowing our valuers to assess its physical characteristics, condition and location. This is supported by detailed analysis of comparable transactions in the relevant market, together with consideration of local market conditions and property-specific factors. Where relevant we also consider planning context and development potential. Our findings are brought together in the preparation of a valuation report prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards (Red Book).
